ingredients
9 ounces semisweet baker's chocolate, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup light or heavy cream
1/4 cup Bailey's Irish cream
directions
Add the chocolate, cream, and Irish cream to a saucepan or fondue pot over low heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the fondue is smooth.
If making in a saucepan, transfer to a chafing dish and keep warm while serving.
